To gain access to our “DirectorySpot” app and desktop school directory, please join the Chagrin Falls PTO! Click HERE to join now!
Once you have joined your CFPTO, in 7 days, you should receive an email in your inbox from DirectorySpot (please check your spam folder!) There are directions to set up your account.
Don’t forget to download the DirectorySpot App on your device!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If you’ve never used the DirectorySpot Directory before, there are three steps to take. (1) Be sure you joined PTO first! Please give us 7 dyas to process your membership. (2) Check your Spam of Junk! (3) If you still can’t find it, contact Membership@Chagrinfallspto.org for help!
If you’ve used DirectorySpot Directory in the past and your subscription expired but you’ve rejoined PTO, you may NOT receive an email. You may just need to relog in. Or, you’ve receive an email to update your password. If you’re unsure, please contact Membership@Chagrinfallspto.org
YES! Update your info by logging into the desktop version at www.directoryspot.net. Use your Email Address and the Password you set up when you created the account.
